Maj. Gen. Dr. A K Singh (Retd.) has 25 years of extensive experience in the fields of Medical Informatics and Telemedicine. His remarkable career spans various sectors, including industry, government, academia, and research.

Dr. Singh has played a pivotal role in advancing the domain of Telemedicine in India and has been a driving force in the field. He currently holds the esteemed position of President at the Telemedicine Society of India (TSI), Rajasthan Chapter, where he continues to lead and contribute to the growth and development of Telemedicine initiatives. With a passion for innovation and a commitment to improving healthcare accessibility, Dr. Singh has held the prestigious position of Past President at the Telemedicine Society of India, reflecting his dedication to the telemedicine community.

Dr. Singh's remarkable academic journey includes serving as the Ex-Principal of the MG Institute of Health Informatics at MGUMST, Jaipur, where he has made significant contributions to medical education and research.

Throughout his illustrious career, Maj. Gen. Dr. A. K. Singh (Ret.) has been a prominent figure in the advancement of Telemedicine and Medical Informatics in India, leaving an indelible mark on the industry, government, academia, and research sectors.

 

Dr. Manju Sengar

Professor, Adult Hematolymphoid Disease Management Group, Medical Oncology at the Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai

A committed medical oncologist, Dr. Manju Sengar is deeply involved in hematological cancer care. She completed her training in Medical Oncology from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. She works as a Professor of Medical Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. She founded the Leukemia and Lymphoma Foundation to impart knowledge about the disease, financial assistance, accommodation support, thereby to ease the burden of resource-intensive treatments. Through this, she also advocates for the needs of the patients with policymakers and the public. Within the National Cancer Grid (NCG), she drives and ensures the delivery of uniform cancer care, training of healthcare professionals, and multi-centric research to develop cost-effective treatment solutions.

Her initiatives include adaptable cancer guidelines integrated with Ayushman Bharat PMJAY oncology packages, promoting accessible care. She champions value-based care through health technology assessments, negotiating cost savings for patients and cancer centers.

Engaging globally, Dr. Manju’s work with WHO's Cancer Medicine Working Group focuses on decentralizing cancer care and integrating patient health records for uninterrupted treatment access.
