Digital Health Foundation Course (DHFC)

Koita Foundation with support from Maharashtra University of Health Science (MUHS) and nationally renowned subject matter experts has developed India's first Digital Health Foundation Course (DHFC).

The DHFC is designed to equip medical students and healthcare professionals with the core knowledge and skills needed to use digital health applications – covering foundational topics like Health Management Information Systems (HMIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), clinical standards, data privacy & security, to advanced topics like clinical analytics, AI/ML in healthcare, and public health reporting.

This course also features a virtual Digital Health Lab (DHL), offering students hands-on experience with real-world applications (including HMIS, EMR, and Telemedicine).

DHFC is already being used by leading organisations including Maharashtra University of Health Science (MUHS), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Health Providers (NABH), and National Cancer Grid (NCG).
