India Development Review (IDR) has published an anecdotal article of a day in the life a teacher coach that works with CEQUE. It follows Ketan’s workday emphasising how technology is enabling him to do his job the best he can. The app digitizes coaching efforts by tracking teacher progress, scheduling classroom visits, and providing structured feedback. The app also includes video resources that demonstrate best teaching practices, helping teachers refine their skills beyond in-person coaching. By ensuring data-driven decision-making, the app allows district managers and coaches to monitor progress, optimize teacher visits, and provide real-time support.
