Project Manager – Digital Health

Khushboo is a public health professional with 3+ years of experience of providing techno managerial support in project planning and implementation. She has worked in the field of health system strengthening, implementation community-based social intervention and research activities.

She has demonstrated in stakeholder management, training, and capacity building, monitoring and evaluation. Khushboo holds a bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery and master’s degree in Health Administration from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.

Aarish M

Senior Program Manager - Digital Health

Aarish is a seasoned public health professional with over 14 years of experience across multiple industries. Prior to joining Koita Foundation, he worked with Reliance Foundation’s Health Outreach programme where he has done extensive work in the urban and rural primary healthcare initiatives.

Moving away from the regular job profiles, he has also donned the hat of a radio presenter with 92.7 Big FM hosting their primetime breakfast show for several years. He has worked with Make a Difference, a not-for-profit organization, as their Public Relations Fellow and Centre Head.

He was also chosen for the summer school cohort of Future International Development Leaders conducted jointly by Duke Sanford and IIMU in the year 2019. Aarish holds a master’s in Public Health Administration (TISS), M.A in Clinical Psychology (IGNOU), and bachelor’s in Nursing (MG University, Kerala).

Drishti Trivedi

Program Lead – NGO Transformation

Drishti comes with 5yrs of experience in program management and ecosystem building. She has initiated and led programs for social impact. In her earlier role with the CSR vertical of Bombay Stock Exchange, she was instrumental in developing the Sammaan Platform which has been adopted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) as the National CSR Platform bringing together NGOs and Corporate.

During her work with Youth4Jobs Foundation, a national level organization for persons with disability, she was part of the core team which launched the College Connect Program to enable employability and employment for graduates with disabilities. Leveraging her Engineering education, she brings together the program management and technical skills together.

She was selected among the 60 Global Participants for the World Youth Conference on Kindness held by UNESCO in 2019. Drishti has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from University of Mumbai.

Dr. Krupa Mayekar

Project Manager - Digital Health

Dr. Krupa Mayekar is a public health professional with over 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has a unique blend of experience in both clinical practice and healthcare analysis. Her focus on multiple oncology projects while working at Vasta Global has given her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this specialized field while her clinical practice has provided her with a solid foundation in medical science.

Dr. Krupa has completed her Master's in Public Health from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and holds a Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune.

Tinu Joseph

Senior Program Manager – Digital Health

Tinu is a passionate program manager with over 8 years of experience across development and start up sector. Prior to joining Koita Foundation, she worked with Whitehat Jr where she has done extensive work in managing programs and operations to ensure teacher quality as well as student learning. She have also worked with Teach For India as a fellow as well as Program Manager towards achieving excellent education in the low income schools of Mumbai.

Tinu has a Bachelor of Social Work from College of Social Work Nirmala Niketan. Adding to that, she has completed Post Graduate Program in Development Management from SP Jain.

Tinu is passionate about witnessing growth in people, in organizations and in society. Tinu has joined Koita Foundation to be part of the Digital Health Movement Koita Foundation will be leading for our country and to witness and be part of the growth our country will be achieving.

Anuja Sankhe

Consultant – Digital Health

Dr. Anuja is a dentist-turned-public health professional with over 3 years of experience in the healthcare field. Previously, she has worked with renowned organizations such as UNICEF, RedR India, Development Reimagined, Sulabh Sanitation Mission Foundation, and Social Alpha (Community Science Alliance), where she contributed her expertise to areas spanning Covid-19 response, Digital Health, Menstrual Health, and the Pharmaceutical Industry.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing chess and reading books, reflecting her well-rounded personality.

Vikas Tiwari

Program Manager – Digital Health

Vikas is a seasoned hospital and healthcare management professional with more than 4 years of valuable experience in the healthcare industry. He has had the privilege of contributing his skills and knowledge to esteemed organizations such as Tata Trust and Hinduja Hospital.

His core areas of expertise include hospital operations and administration, quality management, process improvement, NABH implementation, and a strong focus on enhancing patient experience and service excellence.

His educational background includes a master's degree in Hospital and Healthcare Management, which has equipped him with the necessary skills to navigate the complexities of the healthcare domain. Additionally, he holds a bachelor's degree in biotechnology, providing a solid foundation in the scientific aspects of healthcare.

Rakesh Parab

Finance Manager

Mr. Rakesh Parab has an experience of more than 10 years in Finance and Accounts. He comes with a rich experience of investments in financial markets.

He has keen interest in NGO sector and is closely working with Koita foundation as their Finance Manager from Last 3 years. Along with Koita foundation, Mr. Parab is financial advisor to Mr. Rizwan Koita. He has done his Graduation in Finance from Mumbai University.

Rasika Mandke

Executive Assistant

Rasika is a seasoned Executive Assistant with 17 years of experience working with CXO’s in MNC’s. Skilled in Office Administration, Secretarial Work, Vendor Management, Travel Management, Calendar Management. Prior to joining Koita Foundation, she has worked with TimesPro (a TOI group initiative), Cadbury India, Tata Sky to name a few.

Saish Sankhe

Program Manager

Saish Sankhe is a versatile Project Manager with a diverse background in marketing, project management, research, and social development. With experience spanning roles in organizations such as Tata Institute of Social Sciences, RailTel Corporation of India, and Development Reimagined, he has demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing impactful initiatives.

He also successfully implemented voluntary projects with YUVA (Youth for Unity and Voluntary Action) and Bolo P for Periods. Possessing strong analytical and leadership skills, Saish is committed to driving positive change and contributing to sustainable development efforts.
