Koita Foundation and National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) - Partnership Overview

As the Indian healthcare industry transitions to a digitally enabled ecosystem, there is an imminent need for robust Digital Health standards to guide regulatory frameworks, drive seamless exchange of healthcare data, address data security concerns, support innovation and enable compliance with best practices.

National Accreditation Board of Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH) is the leading accreditation and certification body in India serving over 13,000 hospitals nationwide. As India's leading accreditation and certification organization for hospitals and healthcare providers, NABH has a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving digital health in India.

Koita Foundation signed an MOU with NABH in August 2023 to formalize its support for various digital health initiatives of NABH – including setting up of Digital Health Standards.
