National Health Authority is the apex body responsible for implementing India's flagship public health insurance/assurance scheme called "Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana" (PM-JAY) & designing, building and implementing "Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission" (ABDM) to create a National Digital Health Eco-system.

Koita Foundation and National Health Authority (NHA) signed an MOU

As part of the MOU, Koita Foundation is supporting NHA with the national roll-out of ABDM platform including:

  • ABDM Adoption strategy – supporting NHA in developing ABDM adoption strategies and tracking overall adoption progres
  • ABDM Capacity Building and Training - developing world-class Digital Health training for front-line healthcare professionals – modular audio-video content
  • ABDM state rollout support - building ABDM toolkits, assessments, implementation, FAQs, and planning guides to be used by State authorities and NGO partners
  • ABDM technology partner support – working with NHA on software partner validation, WhatsApp Chatbot rollout

ABDM Resources

To accelerate process of ABDM implementation and building a strong ecosystem for digital health in India, Koita Foundation have developed ABDM implementation resources. The resources comprises of material such as posters, flipcharts, foldables, flyers, videos, etc. The resources are useful for all stakeholders including state health department, ABDM partners, industry partners to support IEC activities, training, and capacity-building activities.
