Adhyayan Foundation envisions a future where all schools become equitable and effective learning spaces led by empowered educators and engaged communities. With operations in Goa, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, and Nagaland, the foundation collaborates closely with state governments to implement structured, scalable school quality reforms grounded in the state’s school quality framework, including the 46 indicators of the Shaala Siddhi tool.

Through a multi-tiered approach combining leadership development, school-based self-assessment, and targeted capacity-building, Adhyayan enables schools to move beyond compliance toward genuine ownership and improvement. The process cultivates reflection, prioritization, and measurable action planning by school leaders and education managers at all levels.

The program focuses on strengthening school leadership and governance through capacity building aligned with state-specific quality frameworks. By partnering with state governments, it aims to implement scalable and systemic school improvement initiatives. Leveraging digital innovations, the program streamlines school self-reviews, action planning, and progress monitoring. It also fosters peer learning and collaborative networks to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement while promoting evidence-based decision-making to embed sustainable change within education ecosystems.
