Through its flagship initiative, She for STEM, VigyanShaala supports young women pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate STEM education through mentoring, career readiness, and professional exposure. The program is designed to help first-generation learners navigate the transition from education to meaningful career opportunities in STEM fields.
She for STEM is a structured mentoring and career readiness program for young women aged 18-23, with a deliberate focus on students from socio-economically excluded communities. The program combines group mentoring, AI literacy, career readiness training, personalised guidance, and project-based learning opportunities delivered through a blended phygital model.

Koita Foundation is partnering with VigyanShaala to design and build a dedicated open-source Learning Management System (LMS) that will strengthen the learner journey across its programs.
The collaboration aims to address the fragmented experience created by multiple platforms and provide a unified system for students, mentors, and program teams. In addition to supporting the development of the LMS, Koita Foundation is actively contributing to project planning, user journey design, and platform decision-making to help build a scalable and sustainable technology solution that can support VigyanShaala’s long-term growth and impact.
