Founded in 2013, Simple Education Foundation (SEF) works to reimagine government schools as spaces of joy, learning, and equity. By partnering closely with teachers, school leaders, and government stakeholders, SEF designs and implements large scale teacher development programs for teachers who enable children to thrive.
SEF’s approach focuses on strengthening instructional practices and institutionalising structured teacher development systems. Recognising that meaningful impact requires both quality and visibility, SEF works to bring greater clarity, consistency, and responsiveness to teacher support. Their interventions are designed to be data-informed, context-specific, and scalable across large public systems.
